Shipping
We work fast. Orders typically ship same or next business day. Once your Bully is on the move, you’ll receive tracking info by email. A few things to know:

We currently ship to U.S. + most international destinations.

While we offer free shipping on multi-item orders in the U.S., we have to charge for international shipments (though we look for the cheapest rate).

Once a package leaves our hands, carrier delays are out of our control — but we’ll always try to help if things get weird.
Returns & Exchanges
Need to return something or swap for a different Bully? You’re in the right place.
Submit the form below and we’ll review your request, then get back to you in a day or two. Please don’t mail anything back until you receive return instructions from us.
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused Bully’s that are still attached to their card. Used items, washed items or items removed from the card can’t be returned for hygiene reasons — nobody wants a mystery rag.
EXCHANGES are handled as new orders. Need a different size, color or style? Place a new order whenever you’re ready, then use the form below to return the original. No waiting around, no inventory limbo, no complicated swap dance.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original item according to this policy:

If we sent the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or defective, we’ll make it right and cover the return shipping.

If you’re returning an item because you decided it’s not your flavor of adventure, we’ll deduct a flat $5 return fee from your refund to help cover part of the trip out and back.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Used / End-of-Life Items
Please don’t send used ones back. If your Bully has reached the end of its adventure, you can recycle it through a local textile recycling bin where available.
Because Bullies are made from 100% linen, the fabric itself is plant-based. If you compost at home, you can remove the label and Field Loop, cut the fabric into small pieces, and add it to your compost bin. It will break down over time, though timing depends on your compost setup.
